Sous Chef

We are hiring a Sous Chef at one of our hotels on Corsica and on Guadeloupe.

Food plays a major role in the Langley concept. We serve locally sourced food, cooked and presented in a careful and conscious manor. We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in cooking and wants to work abroad; taking a position that comes along with a lot of responsibility. You will be in charge of an international team and it is important that your English skills are good. There will be breakfast, lunch, half board for hotel guests as well as À la carte served at the hotel.

Responsibilities:

- Managing and coordinating work in the kitchen when the head chef isn’t present.

- Follow through with our concept.

- Educate, lead and coach staff.
