Online Sales manager

Langley Hotels & Resorts is looking for an Online Sales manager, Gothenburg or Copenhagen

You will have a central role in the sales and marketing department with an operational focus. You will be responsible for both the tour operator and hotel business online performance. The brand is central in all processes in the company and very important for all visual online activities. The hotel chain is under strong development and you will be a key person in continuing to implement current sales strategy. You will set requirements and support the hotels to maximize sales in their own channels as well as optimizing the profile and appearance of OTAs, meta pages and other sales channels.

Main tasks (for both tour operator and hotel business):

  • Maintain and optimize online sales strategies
  • Maintain and refine strategies for best online presence
  • Maximize conversions in direct channels
  • Optimize the presentation and profile for OTAs, meta pages and other external channels
  • Weekly sales meetings with the largest hotels to keep all activities/strategies being implemented and executed
  • Ensure that the company's brand and image is maintained
  • Ensure that social media presence is always relevant, and strategies are continuously updated in a fast-moving surrounding
  • Participate in product development so all products are constantly market-oriented and relevant
  • Create and maintain the Group's Google online presence – organic and paid. Analyse, define and update: audience, follow-up, budget, preform, optimization
  • Continue developing CRM strategies and relevance to the costumer journey
  • Analyse and create clear KPIs for all online channels
  • Create content for newsletters


  • Experience within sales, especially online.
  • Good knowledge of the Office package
  • Academic education
  • Good system understanding and online experience
  • A big plus would be experience from hotel, airline or travel industry
  • Ski interests also a big advantage but no deal breaker
