We’re looking for an inspiring and forward-thinking Head of Recruitment to help shape the future of our team. In this key role, you’ll lead our talent acquisition strategy, drive innovative recruitment initiatives, and make sure we attract, engage, and retain amazing people at every level of Langley.

 

Location:

This position is based close to our hotels in France with a hybrid setup and flexible placement options.

What you’ll do:

  • Be responsible for 300-350 recruitments per year, divided in winter and summer seasonal operation periods
  • You are the leader and you work closely with our HR-assistant. Together you form the entire recruitment team. You coordinate and lead the recruitment process in close collaboration with central management and our hotel managers. You are responsible for ensuring that all positions are filled, supporting the process through weekly check-ins to prioritize candidates and interviews, as well as regular visits. You keep the energy high and ensure we’re always bringing in top talent.
  • Design and run creative recruitment campaigns, working closely with our in-house brand and marketing team.
  • Oversee contracts and documentation, making sure everything is smooth, compliant, and up-to-date.
  • Continuously improve our application process—from systems and websites to communication and candidate experience.
  • Handle key administrative tasks like contracts, visa applications, job postings, job descriptions, performance reviews, and more—always in line with our company values and policies.
  • Keep Langley visible and engaging on LinkedIn, following our strategy for a strong presence.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • You have solid experience leading recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, international setting.
  • Hospitality industry experience is a big plus!
  • You know how to build and execute effective recruitment strategies.
  • You’re a natural leader and people person, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • You are eager to understand and respect different countries laws and agreements related to employment
