We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Manager at Hotel TIgnes 2100 in TIgnes. You are driven by working with a high and consistent quality, lead and inspire your team and used to work in a multi culture environment. The position is very hands on and demands you to be a part of the daily operations.
The restaurant and bar area are a big part of the operation and a lot of time and energy must lie in getting the restaurant – and bar service level, presentation and efficiency optimized. Also making sure Langley’s service concept is presented in all departments of the hotel.
You are working towards key factors like guest satisfaction, sales budgets and staff costs. As this is a seasonal hotel you will be involved in preparations/pre-opening, training & set up, recruitment before the hotel opens up as well as ongoing throughout the season.
Requirements:
· Minimum five years work experience from a manager role either in F&B or hotel operation
· Experience from a start-up/seasonal start-up is a big plus
· English is a must, French and/or Swedish is a big plus
· Service-minded, hands-on, efficient and with a can-do attitude as the work load is very high in periods
· Experience in working in a multicultural environment, plus from a Scandinavian country
