Your role
We are looking for a dedicated hotel manager to one of our Alp hotels in the French alps. You are driven by working with a high and consistent quality, lead and inspire your team and used to work in a multi culture environment. The position is very hands on and demands you to be a part of the daily operations.
The restaurant and bar area are a big part of the operation and a lot of time and energy must lie in getting the restaurant – and bar service level, presentation and efficiency optimized. Also making sure Langley’s service concept is presented in all departments of the hotel.
You are working towards key factors like guest satisfaction, sales budgets and staff costs. As our hotels are seasonal hotels you will be involved in preparations/pre-opening, training & set up, recruitment before the hotel opens up as well as ongoing throughout the season.
Requirements
· Experience from managing a hotel between 50-100 rooms
· Experience from managing/working in a high tempo restaurant/bar
· High leadership skills and experience from leading bigger international teams
· Experience from a start-up/seasonal start-up is a big plus
· English is required. French is a big plus
· Experience from an multicultural environment
· Active lifestyle with lots of energy and a can-do attitude
