We are looking for a dedicated Reception Manager in the Alps for the winter season. You are driven by working with a high and consistent quality, lead and inspire your team and used to work in a multi culture environment. The position is very hands on and demands you to be a part of the daily operations.

As a Reception Manager at one of Langley’s hotels in the French Alps, you’ll be at the heart of our seasonal operations – welcoming guests, managing the team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
As Reception Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front desk at one of our Alpine hotels. You will lead, train, and motivate a small team of receptionists and ensure guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. This is a full-time seasonal position, based on-site from mid-November to the end of April.
Requirements:
· Minimum five years work experience from a manager role either in F&B or hotel operation
· Experience from a start-up/seasonal start-up is a big plus
· English is a must, French and/or Swedish is a big plus
· Service-minded, hands-on, efficient and with a can-do attitude as the work load is very high in periods
· Experience in working in a multicultural environment, plus from a Scandinavian country
