Langley to hire Restaurant Manager’s to our summer hotel in Corsica

As a Restaurant Manager at Langley you will work in a multi culture environment in one of the busiest hotels on Corsica. The Hotel Napoleon Bonaparte has 136 rooms and the guests have half board included, some only have breakfast. As a Restaurant Manager you need to be very visible and present in the daily operation. Staff is hired seasonally, so you need to have good leadership skills and documented experience in Food & Beverage operations.

80% of the occupancy is made with guests coming from Scandinavia.

Main Duties

  • Manage all Food & Beverage daily operations within the hotel
  • Ensure food and beverage concept guidelines are applied to the highest standards
  • Preserve excellent level of customer service
  • Lead Restaurant team by training and appraising talented personnel
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations


  • Proven Food & Beverage management experience
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
  • Guest oriented and service minded
