As a Sail and Surf Instructor you have a passion for ocean sports. You will work with sailing, SUP and surfing. Your role will include instructing guests how to use the equipment, but also keeping an eye on guests and stepping in if someone needs help.

Job description

Typical tasks for a Sail and Surf Instructor

  • Taking care and maintain the equipment in the center
  • Giving out equipment to guests and explaining how to use it
  • Keeping a close eye on the guests out in the bay and helping out with the motorboat if necessary 
  • Promote and sell excursion & activities
  • Helping out in the hotel when needed
  • Solving problems for our guests and being a "local expert"
Who can work as a Sail and Surf Instructor?

As a Sail and Surf Instructor you have a crucial role in the guest's safety on the water and making sure they know how to use the equipment. It´s therefore necessary to have experience and education in similar roles. You need to be very comfortable out on the ocean in both motorboats and sailingboats.

  • You have previous experince in a similar role
  • You have a drivers license for manual car
