Your role
Langley Resort Fort Royal Guadeloupe (215 rooms and bungalows), French West Indies, is looking for a Kitchen Manager. We are looking for a commitment of at least 2 years. Fluent English language skills are necessary, and French is a big plus since this true paradise is part of France.

Requirements

  • Experience from similar position
  • Good knowledge in English 
  • Experience from leading a multicultural team
  • Proven experience as Head Chef or as Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant/hotel operation. (400 – 500 guests per day)

As a team member at Langley Hotels & Resorts you must have an open mind, desire to learn and an eye for details. But most of all, you must be genuinely non-prestigious and must thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

To be considered for this position you must legally be able to work in EU.
