You play a key role in guest safety and making sure everyone knows how to handle the equipment. That’s why experience and training in similar roles is required.

You’re confident out on the ocean – whether it’s in a motorboat or under sail – and ready to handle any situation with calm and care.

Job description

Typical tasks for a Sail and Surf Instructor

  • Taking care and maintain the equipment in the center
  • Giving out equipment to guests and explaining how to use it
  • Keeping a close eye on the guests out in the bay and helping out with the motorboat if necessary 
  • Promote and sell excursion & activities
  • Helping out in the hotel when needed
  • Solving problems for our guests and being a "local expert"

  • You are a experienced sailing instructor and love being out on the ocean
  • You have a passion for giving the best service while still being safety conscious
  • You are a outgoing, curious and positive person
  • You are ready for a physically demanding job, ex. pulling boats up/down the beach
  • You are flexible and ready to help out in unforseen situations
  • You have previous experince in a similar role
  • You have a drivers license for manual car
  • You speak English
