A hotel manager is the heart of the hotel’s daily operations – leading the team, driving performance, and creating the warm, professional atmosphere Langley is known for. It is the hotel managers job to ensure that every detail – from F&B to guest experience – lives upp to our concept and standards.
What you’ll do:
• Lead all daily hotel operations according to Langley’s concept and quality standards
• Oversee and develop your team – from recruitment to training and staff satisfaction
• Ensure excellent service, strong guest feedback and efficient routines
• Handle budgets, inventory, maintenance and internal reporting
• Maintain a high-energy, solutions-oriented atmosphere every day
• Work closely with central Langley management and act as local brand ambassador
Who you are:
• An experienced leader with a background in hotel or F&B operations
• Structured, hands-on and driven by results – but always with heart
• Passionate about creating genuine guest experiences and developing your team
• Ready to live and work in the Alps during the winter season
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
Requirements:
· Minimum five years work experience from a manager role either in F&B or hotel operation
· Experience from a start-up/seasonal start-up is a big plus
· English is a must, French and/or Swedish is a big plus
· Service-minded, hands-on, efficient and with a can-do attitude as the work load is very high in periods
· Experience in working in a multicultural environment, plus from a Scandinavian country
